Ripple Labs is now registered as a Wyoming company

Blockchain payment company Ripple Labs currently has a business registered in Wyoming.

According to government records, Wyoming Secretary-General, Ripple Markets WY LLC after submitting documents for the first time in February 2020, is listed as “active” companies. As a limited liability company in Wyoming, Ripple’s registered agent will be located in Cheyenne.

Caitlin Long on Twitter expressed : “As our encryption-friendly laws, more and more companies realize encryption, Wyoming Bite La Nevada is better registered.”

Long is the CEO of Avanti Bank & Trust, a crypto bank, and has ties to the state legislature, the Special Committee on Blockchain, Financial Technology and Digital Innovation. She said, like encryption Ripple currency should consider moving to Wyoming, Wyoming because there is no corporate tax or franchise tax, also exempt from property taxes encryption currency and sales tax.
